for programs

A soft pilot,
not a seat license.

Clinics and recovery programs can try Marrow with people they already serve. Patients stay in control of what leaves the device. No org dashboard. No BAA claim until there is a real contract.

Practice summary patients controlA short, plain export of days in practice, tools that helped, and guardrails — only if the person chooses to share it with a clinician or sponsor.
Trust promises in the productHealing never gated. Private by default. Weak evidence labelled weak. Crisis always first. See the Trust page for the full list.
The person is the one who gets releasedIf a program pays, the program is the customer and the person is still the one who leaves. The test we hold ourselves to: can they walk out with their complete record, in a form that works with no Marrow account and no program behind it. A program never sees a person's record because it paid for the seat. Consent is the person's, every time, and it is revocable.
What this pilot is notNot org seats, not sponsor mode, not a clinical EHR, and not a claim of HIPAA covered-entity status or formal clinical signoff.

Legal plain speech

Marrow is a peer-support companion for adults 18+. It is not therapy, medical care, an emergency service, or a covered HIPAA entity. A BAA is only discussed when a clinic is actually buying a covered workflow — not as marketing copy on a soft pilot page.
